Jessica Lavoie
Jessica is a licensed massage therapist with nearly two decades of experience in therapeutic bodywork. She graduated from the Medical Massage Therapy program at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2006 and has worked in a variety of settings, including chiropractic offices, physical therapy clinics, spas, and hotels.
As the co-owner of Revival Massage & Bodyworks, Jessica combines skilled hands with her passion for running a thriving business to create a space where everyone can experience the real, lasting benefits of massage and skin care.

Morgan Woodard
While pursuing an art degree, Morgan realized that in addition to using her creativity she needed to use her hands to also nurture and connect. Driven to achieve a profession that was simple, honest work, Morgan decided to pursue a massage therapy degree and graduated in 2005.
With over two decades of massage experience, her background includes working in clinical settings such as chiropractor offices and rehab facilities, affiliating with high end spas and hotels, participating in corporate chair massage events, as well as private house calls.
Since opening Revival in 2011, she has remained dedicated to building her practice, where she can combine her creative and therapeutic skills to help others achieve balance and clarity.

Chelsea Forcelli
Chelsea is a licensed esthetician and massage therapist who has been with Revival since 2016. After over 900 hours of training, Chelsea has continued to expand her education to become certified in a variety of specialized techniques, such as dermaplaning, buccal massage, and cupping massage. She is also experienced in focus work for relief for specialized issues, including sciatica, migraines, carpal tunnel, and tech neck pain.
By far, Chelsea's favorite part of her job is that everyone is happy to see her! She loves helping people look and feel their best, and has found that massage and esthetics are a wonderful way to achieve this. Her commitment to tailoring every session to each individual has earned her a loyal following of clientele.

Jason Ortiz
Jason specializes in customizing massage sessions tailored to each client’s unique needs. With expertise in multiple modalities , including but not limited to; Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point massage. He is committed to helping clients find relief, reduce stress, and achieve optimal relaxation. Jason's goal is to provide a personalized, effective therapeutic experience that supports your individual wellness journey.

Kate Furtado
Kate graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute in Rhode Island, where she studied massage therapy, in 2024. She enjoys helping clients find relief from chronic pains and injuries, and believes that taking care of our bodies helps us thrive and improve our way of living. Kate enjoys being outside on hikes, taking care of animals, and trying new recipes to cook!

Mandy Blankenship
Mandy, a Rhode Island licensed Esthetician and Dermalogica Certified Expert, has been providing expertise level skin care for 10 years. She attended the Aveda Institute for Esthetics and then became one of the top five skin therapists for Ulta/Dermalogica in the northeast region. After owning and operating her own business called Glow Skin Bar for four years, she has now found her home at Revival Massage and Bodyworks. Here, she is our full-time esthetician who specializes in advanced technology services as well as all levels of skin care.
