Things to Know (Updated March 2, 2022)
Until further guidance is released from the State of Rhode Island and the Department of Health, Revival Massage & Bodyworks will be implementing the following changes to our COVID-19 protocols. The safety, health and well-being of our staff and clients are our top priority. As more information is provided, these protocols may change. We appreciate your cooperation and continued support!

  • We continue to encourage all clients to wear masks regardless of vaccination status as the close contact required of our industry may increase the risk of virus transmission.
     

  • Clients who are not fully vaccinated are required to wear masks at all times - while in the common areas and including during their massage session. Revival reserves the right to ask for proof of vaccination.
     

  • Clients who are fully vaccinated have the choice to remove their mask for treatment and accept the increased risk of virus transmission.
     

  • Our waiting room is not in use and we will continue to text and/or email clients 10-15 minutes prior to their appointment to invite them into the studio. Please do not enter the studio until you receive this notifcation.​​

 

  • We ask that you continue to practice social distancing with staff members and other customers, and encourage everyone to continue to wear masks while in the common areas.
     

  • If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness or have been exposed to COVID-19, your appointment will be cancelled - regardless of vaccination status.
     

  • If you have visited any area with current travel restrictions and have NOT been vaccinated, we ask that you cancel the appointment and follow quarantine protocols per the Department of Health.

Your Appointment

 

  • Please complete the digital intake form that has been emailed to you prior to your appointment.
     

  • Upon arriving for your appointment, please wait in your car or on the sidewalk until someone texts and/or emails to let you know we are ready for you. You can expect this notification 5-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Please do not wait at our door or on the stairs. We have discontinued use of our waiting room at this time.

 

  • As soon as you enter, you will be asked screening questions and are subject to a temperature check.
     

  • We ask that you use the hand sanitizer provided immediately upon entering the studio.
     

  • No food or beverages are allowed in the facility.
     

  • Personal belongings should be left in your vehicle or at home. Bring only what’s necessary to your appointment. We ask that you refrain from touching personal items such as phones while in the studio.
     

  • All methods of payments are accepted. Credit card purchases are preferred, and we encourage you to use the card on file.
