Things to Know (Updated July 23, 2021)
Until further guidance is released from the State of Rhode Island and the Department of Health, Revival Massage & Bodyworks will be implementing the following changes to our COVID-19 protocols. The safety, health and well-being of our staff and clients are our top priority. As more information is provided, these protocols may change. We appreciate your cooperation and continued support!

  • We will continue our detailed cleaning protocols and health screenings, and will allow only those with appointments into the studio. We are operating by appointment only and are not accepting walk-ins of any kind.

  • Our waiting room is not in use and we will continue to call clients 10-15 minutes prior to their appointment to invite them into the studio. Please do not enter the studio until you receive this phone call.


  • Fully vaccinated staff members have the choice to wear a mask or not. If preferred, you may request that your therapist wear a mask during your treatment.

  • Masks are no longer mandatory for those who are fully vaccinated (14 days after the second vaccine dose). If you wish to wear one, you are free to do so as the close contact in our industry does increase the risk of transmission.

  • Though we're hopeful everyone will be both honest and responsible, Revival Massage & Bodyworks reserves the right to request proof of vaccination or request someone wear a mask at our discretion. If you are unable to provide proof of vaccination, you will be required to wear a mask during your massage.

  • Even if you are fully vaccinated, your therapist reserves the right to request that you wear a mask.


  • Those who are not vaccinated are required to wear a mask at all times while in the studio.


  • We ask that you continue to practice social distancing with staff members and other customers, and encourage everyone to continue to wear masks while in the common areas.

  • If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness or have been exposed to COVID-19, your appointment will be cancelled - regardless of vaccination status.

  • If you have visited any area with current travel restrictions and have NOT been vaccinated, we ask that you cancel the appointment and follow quarantine protocols per the Department of Health.

  • At this time, we are not offering facial services.

Your Appointment


  • Please complete the digital intake form that has been emailed to you prior to your appointment.

  • Upon arriving for your appointment, please wait in your car or on the sidewalk until someone calls to let you know we are ready for you. You can expect this call 5-15 minutes before your appointment. Please do not wait at our door or on the stairs. We have discontinued use of our waiting room at this time.


  • As soon as you enter, you will be asked screening questions and are subject to a temperature check.

  • We ask that you use the hand sanitizer provided immediately upon entering the studio.

  • No food or beverages are allowed in the facility.

  • Personal belongings should be left in your vehicle or at home. Bring only what’s necessary to your appointment. We ask that you refrain from touching personal items such as phones while in the studio.

  • All methods of payments are accepted. Credit card purchases are preferred, and we encourage you to use the card on file.
